On the left is Wendy Parker manager of Little First Day Nursery and on the right is Niamh Agate a level 2 Early Years Practitioner apprentice. Niamh successfully completed her level 2 in January 2023.
‘I really enjoyed completing my apprenticeship with Wessex Training. I had lots of support with all of the work and would recommend this route to gain a recognised qualification’ said Niamh.
Wendy is very proud of what Niamh has achieved, ‘she has thrived and grown in confidence so much, it is lovely to see. She has been given a permanent position with the Nursery’.
Lynn, Niamh’s Assessor, has supported her through the whole process, ‘It was a pleasure to work alongside Niamh and see her grow into the competent Early Years practitioner that she is today – well done’.
Wessex Training and Assessment Ltd works in partnership with South West Association of Training Providers to develop apprentices such as Niamh.
