About Lynn
The company was started in 1995 and I joined the team a year later in 1996. Over the years I have built up my knowledge and experience. My relevant qualifications built up, culminating in a Teaching qualification. I realised that developing an individual learner within their chosen career was an important role that I wanted to be part of. Seeing them developing their self confidence and skills is a very rewarding job.
When the opportunity arose, I jumped at the chance of owning the company. I have worked with many people over the years. Many have developed into leaders and managers of their own settings, even owners. Some have gone into Further Education and completed degrees. I am very proud to have been some part in their growth. Building up a good reputation within the Early Years sector, working with Employers and experienced assessors has been a pleasure.
I have 2 wonderful grandchildren who keep me grounded. I love doing ‘messy’ play with them and they never go home clean! I am the messy Nanny!
