About Elaine:
My name is Elaine Ford. I am the manager of a preschool in Verwood which was graded OFSTED ‘ outstanding’ in January 2012 and December 2015. During the last inspection the inspectors commented on my excellent and well qualified staff. I am proud to say that I have been the Early Years Assessor working for Wessex training for nearly all my 14 staff. Having received ‘Outstanding’ it gives me the confidence as an assessor to give advice if required to the settings that I attend and to my students knowing that my practice as a manager and an assessor is sound.
