About Karen:
My name is Karen, and I live in Weymouth, I have been working with Wessex Training and Assessment since 1999 after gaining my assessor qualification with them.
I have taken on many learners over the years, seeing some of them progress to Managers and Early years Professionals, but mostly seeing them grow into competent professionals, it is really rewarding to a part of their Journey to success.
I aim to learn something new every day and am continually updating my CPD through working with my learners, reading articles or through courses.
I am a proud Nana to two wonderful Grandchildren, who I spend as much free time with as possible.
Prior to becoming an assessor, I worked in a Pre-School for 6 years.
