Intermediate and Advanced Apprentices in Children and Young Pleople's Workforce
Learning through Apprenticeships allows you to build up your skills and knowledge, whilst working and earning money. Ultimately learning through Apprenticeships will result in obtaining a Qualification. If you need more information about Apprenticeships please feel free to speak to one of our team.
Our Apprenticeship training programme has been modified to meet the identified needs of both Employers and Learners. Those who wish to enrol as an Apprentice with Wessex Training will be given an interview with a view to being offered a place on the training programme, this will enable pre-employment skills to be obtained with a certificate achieved, during this time Wessex Training and the Apprentice will work together to find suitable employment to begin on the Apprenticeship scheme.
Wessex Training have in place a robust support system where Apprentices, Employers and Wessex Training staff work together to provide the best possible opportunity for the Apprentice to achieve the required qualification framework.
